4ways are proud to announce that the company maintains both its ISO 9001:2015/ISO27001:2013 certifications for the 15th consecutive year! 

This year’s audit was the most intensive 4ways has ever experienced due to the company’s change in premises and IT infrastructure. Nevertheless, our certification was awarded with absolutely no failure in process identified. This is a fantastic achievement and a true reflection of the endeavours of the team organising the ISO audit and the wider team. Our CEO, Ajay Chadha said:  

“In our years of experience, this was certainly the biggest ISO audit undertaking we have ever faced and yet again, we have demonstrated and validated how quality, data security and every single process that we all follow contribute to these successes and are ingrained in 4ways across the entire company.” 

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent and non-government organisation that sets global business standards internationally. ISO 27001 is the leading international standard for a systemic approach to managing and controlling sensitive information via an information security management system (ISMS). ISO 9001 is the international standard which specifies the criteria for a quality management system (QMS). 4ways acquires its certification from Bureau Veritas Certification UK Limited, a world leader in testing, inspection, and certification.  

The commentary from our assessors complemented that:  

“4ways staff are deeply knowledgeable in their respective processes and areas. Their Senior Management Team have an in-depth and detailed knowledge of ISO systems as well as their business processes and strategies, with no concealing of information at any level throughout the audit process.”
